Our shipping commitment is to uphold the highest level of customer service while balancing the thoughtful and safe care of our animals and fish. 

Up to 3-Business Days Processing on Most In-Stock Orders
We know you want your order fast.  That's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within three business days.  Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday.

Order Processing and Shipping
We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping.  We know you want your order quickly and at the lowest possible cost. When choosing your shipping method at checkout, we will estimate the delivery date for you.  We base this date on the shipping method that you chose and the estimated processing time.

Extreme Cold/Hold Weather Shipping
Froggy’s Lair employees care and thoughtful packaging techniques to ensure the health and safety of all live animals and fish shipped through the year.  During time of inclement weather, it is difficult to guarantee the proper handling of the shipment during transit, assure prompt receipt and care of the animals, and predict inclement weather delays.  During periods of inclement weather, Wild Creations reserves the right to hold shipments until a period of time weather conditions and safe shipment of live animals. Customers will be notified by email of such delays and shipment will be sent as soon as weather permits. 

Aquarium Assembly and Live Animals
All aquariums are shipped unassembled and must be assembled on the day of delivery.  Assembly instructions are included. To avoid weekend deliveries, we process and ship our aquariums and live animals Monday through Wednesday.  Orders placed from Thursday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. At this time, we cannot ship live animals outside the Continental US.  For special order requests or questions, please contact our office at 833-376-4491 or zookeeper@funology.com.

Return/Replacement Policy:

For live animals and plants:
Froggy’s Lair takes pride in providing top quality products. While our products are low maintenance, each has living animals and/or plants and needs some care and upkeep. If not properly maintained, these products will become dirty and/or contaminated and may cause the animal or plant to die. Because we are unable to control the maintenance of the aquarium after it has been delivered, we are unable to refund proceeds after acceptance. As well, any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Froggy’s Lair will, however, work closely with our customers to assure that proper care is administered.

For all aquariums and Frogs:
14-day replacement warranty on all components of our aquariums.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
